Responsibilities:

  • To record and coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments, examine orders for goods, and prepare production schedule.
  • Calculates factors, such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using adding machine or calculator.
  • Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Fully in-charge and manage safety, health and environment at site.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise sites work to ensure that safety aspect is carried out in accordance with the HSE Plan.
  • Review and update health and safety manuals, rules, procedures & etc. at sites.
  • Ensure that all operations are carried out safely.
  • Provide safety guidance and training on site to employees, vendors and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical technician for installation, service and maintenance of electrical works for petrol retail projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

  • Provide technical solutions to customers.

QA ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out inspection to verify part/product quality during in-coming, in-process, final (finished goods) and pre-delivery stages.
  • To ensure all inspection data are updated and inspection check sheets are filled up, verified and filed accordingly.
  • Responsible to ensure products delivered with quality, to reduce products rejection from supplier and products rejection to customer.
  • To issue Line Defective Report (LDR) for internal quality issues and In-coming Rejection Report (IRR) for quality issues related to suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to strive the best purchase in terms of pricing, quality, reliability and service.
  • Assist operations efficiency in sourcing functions and related administration process.
  • Develop commodity strategies and a preferred world-class supplier base.
  • Performs supplier risk analysis and recommend alternate sources.
  • Develop cost reduction plans and drive quarterly supplier price negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate in any discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of logistic working experience in the manufacturing/shipping industry.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision, analytical and a good team player.
  • Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Good knowledge of relevant logistic & custom arrangement, conditions, practices and procedures.
  • Mandarin speaking & writing is an added advantage for this position.
